Who this policy applies to

PivotWrk LLC operates PivotWrk and NVRWAIT AI. This policy applies to information collected through our websites, project forms, service inquiries, AI-assisted communications, email, SMS, and other services that link to this policy.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business information, project details, appointment information, service requests, and communications with us. When NVRWAIT AI is used for calls or messages, we may also process communication content, timestamps, routing information, call or message metadata, and transcripts where enabled.

We may also collect limited technical and usage information such as browser or device information, pages visited, referral information, and analytics data used to secure and improve our services. Payment information may be processed by payment providers; PivotWrk does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on its website systems.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, operate NVRWAIT AI workflows, deliver customer support, schedule or confirm appointments, send requested service updates, maintain security, prevent abuse, improve our products, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records.

SMS and mobile information

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and SMS consent data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers that process mobile information only as necessary to deliver messaging, communications, security, hosting, or related operational services on our behalf.

You may receive up to 10 recurring messages per month for subscribed notifications; additional conversational replies may occur during support or scheduling conversations you initiate. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe from recurring SMS messages and HELP for assistance. Additional messaging details are available in the NVRWAIT AI Messaging Terms.

AI-assisted calls, recordings, and transcripts

NVRWAIT AI may use automated or AI-assisted voice technology to help answer, route, summarize, or follow up on communications. Where calls are recorded or transcribed, we provide notice and obtain consent when required by applicable law. Recording and consent requirements can vary by jurisdiction, so features may be limited or configured differently based on the parties and location involved.

Service providers and disclosures

We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, communications, analytics, scheduling, payments, security, and business operations. Those providers may process information only to perform services for PivotWrk or as otherwise permitted by law. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or satisfy legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may opt out of recurring SMS messages by replying STOP. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided, subject to legal, security, contractual, and recordkeeping requirements. Consent to receive marketing or recurring automated SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing PivotWrk or NVRWAIT AI services.

Children

PivotWrk and NVRWAIT AI are business services and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these business services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they apply where required.
